Kirsten Hendrich

Kirsten Hendrich is an award winning designer / maker based in Guildford, Surrey. Her work is handcrafted using techniques such as lost wax casting.

Kirsten studied at the University for the Creative Arts, London Metropolitan, and completed several short courses at Central Saint Martins; as well as work experience placements with Donna Collinson, Beth Gilmour, Elizabeth Bone, and Hannah Bedford.

A key theme in Kirsten’s work is texture and nature. She develops collections in her workshop, drawing upon forms she discovers on dog walks which inspire her such as seedpods, dandelion seeds and lichen.
