How do I place an order?

Browse through our product pages. When you have found the product you'd like, choose from the options on the drop down menus and add the item to your basket, you can view your basket at any time by clicking view basket.

What size jewellery should I order?

You can choose your size from the drop down menu within the product page if you know what size you wear, if you don’t know your size please refer to our Size Guides.

How do I know when my order has been received?

An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed, you will then receive another when your order has been dispatched.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, all payments are taken via PayPal.

How will my purchases be delivered?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Some delvery services will require a signature upon receipt.

These options will be available to choose from at the checkout. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK.

How will my order be packaged?

All of our pieces are presented to you in our own unique packaging, designed by us to keep your jewellery extra safe during it's journey to you.

When will I be charged?

We will take payment via paypal as soon as your order has been placed.

What is your returns policy?

We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 28 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in the original condition and sent back to us in its original branded packaging. We will also gladly make any alterations to your purchase, repair, or resize an item if it does not fit properly. Alterations and resizing are subject to an additional charge. Resizing is charged at £15 per item.

How long might a refund take?

Upon receipt of returned items the account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).

How do I return goods?

Please make sure you send any returns Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar insured, protected mail so you have proof of postage and postal insurance to our contact address. Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.

How do I exchange goods?

You can exchange your order by returning it to us to our contact address and letting us know which item you would prefer. Unless faulty, all exchanges are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide. We offer a cleaning and repair service on our own jewellery range only, at an additional charge, please contact us for details.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will portray the exact colour/finishes of our jewellery, please refer to our precious metal and finish guide for further details.
