Returns & Refunds

The Jewellery Boutique offers a 7 day, no quibble returns policy.

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days for either an exchange or refund.

Refund Policy:

-If you wish to return an item for any reason, you will need to acquire a returns number by emailing info@thejewelleryboutique.com within 7 days of delivery.

-On receipt of your returns number, full instructions including our returns address will be given.

-You then have 7 days from receipt of your returns number to return your item.

-Items returned outside of these time frames will be accepted at our discretion.

-We will not accept any items that have either been worn or have had their tags removed. Please check your item thoroughly before you remove the tag.

-The Jewellery Boutique cannot accept responsibility for any items lost when being returned. We highly recommend that you make use of the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.
