Delivery Information

Dispatch

All items that are in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched the next day, or the same day when possible. If an item is out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as it is ready to be sent out. Please allow time for out of stock items to be made and hallmarked. If you need an item by a specific date please contact as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Packaging

All pieces are posted in strong packaging to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely and looking as beautiful as possible. We also strive to provide great looking packaging, making our jewellery the ideal option for a special gift.

UK Postage Options:

We currently offer dispatch all of our items via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.50 per order. Delivery time is expected to be  1-3 working days.

International Postage Options:

We are more than happy to process orders from overseas. We charge a flat rate of £7.50 for International (not UK) orders.

Delivery times vary, but we advise 7-10 working days for international orders.
